How can I report a street light outage?  Or how can I request a street light be installed?

Not all street lights are maintained by Salt Lake County; however, we are happy to direct your concern to the appropriate agency for repair.  Contact the Operations Division at (801) 562-6418 to report a street light outage.  Or fill out the Citizen Concern Form.  To request a new street light, please send a request in writing to Salt Lake County Operations Division at 7125 South 600 West, Midvale, Utah 84047--Attn: Electrical Department.  Make sure you include your name and address.  Our electrical department will contact you.
